Karla Hill SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBTI, is a certified Human resources Leader with over 31 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in government. Her areas of expertise include labor relations, recruitment, and succession planning. She currently serves as the Deputy Director for Human Resources and Administration for a local government agency.
Karla is committed to empowering others in the area of career development and attributes her passion for education and economic inclusion to her upbringing and exposure to diverse communities.
Karla holds a BBA in Public Administration from Baruch College, a MS from Chestnut Hill College, and is an Adjunct Professor at Eastern University. She is certified by Myers Briggs and holds senior HR professional certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and the HR Certification Institute.
She currently lives in the Northwest section of Philadelphia and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two sons and mother.
